IntegriPowder™-Tungsten Carbide & Thermal Spray Powders

IntegriPowder™

Tungsten Carbide Thermal Spray & PTA Powders for Advanced Wear Protection

IntegriPowder™ includes tungsten carbide and alloy powders for industrial coating and hardfacing applications. Powder grade, particle size distribution and morphology must be selected for the specified process and equipment.

IntegriMat supports selection against the substrate, wear mechanism, chemical exposure and operating temperature. Share the intended process and component requirements to identify the relevant powder specification.

Understanding the listed performance values

Powder composition and deposited-coating performance are different specifications. Coating hardness, porosity and bond strength depend on the selected powder, substrate preparation, process parameters and test method. Request the grade-specific data sheet and supporting test conditions when evaluating the listed values.
