Corrosion-Resistant Tungsten Carbide Thermal Spray Powder

Overview

IntegriPowder™ WC-10Co4Cr is a premium HVOF coating powder combining tungsten carbide hardness with a cobalt-chromium binder system. The chromium addition improves corrosion resistance, making it ideal for aggressive wear environments involving moisture, chemicals, and abrasive particles.

General Purpose Wear-Resistant HVOF Powder

Overview

IntegriPowder™ WC-12Co provides an excellent balance between hardness and toughness. It is one of the most widely used tungsten carbide coating materials for high-density HVOF coatings.

Overview

IntegriPowder™ WC-Ni provides excellent corrosion resistance and non-magnetic characteristics compared with cobalt-based systems. It is designed for offshore, chemical, and oil-field applications.

PTA & Spray-Fuse Tungsten Carbide Composite Powder

Overview

IntegriPowder™ WC-NiCrBSi combines ultra-hard tungsten carbide particles with a self-fluxing nickel-based alloy matrix. This system produces metallurgically bonded hardfacing layers with exceptional wear resistance.
